When trying to play MPEG2 video in CatDV, you may receive an error that it will not playback. Here's how to license that feature.
Log your CatDV app in as an administrator (or share this article with an admin for your system.) That way when you save the preferences, all users will get this feature enabled.
Once you are in as an admin, go to CatDV Menu>Preferences>Advanced Functionality (as shown in the image attached.)
Add the text "MPEG2" to the Feature Code field and save the changes.
